Hadi is a transactional associate attorney whose practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including financing, purchase and sale, and joint ventures.

Hadi also has experience advising private equity sponsors, investors and companies on mergers and acquisitions, strategic relationships and joint ventures, and equity offerings at all stages across a wide variety of industries, including media, entertainment and technology, real estate, insurance, consumer products, and professional services.

Prior to joining Safarian Choi & Bolstad LLP, Hadi worked as a transactional attorney in the Los Angeles office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP. In addition to his legal expertise, Hadi has experience advising leadership teams and implementing large organizational transformation programs as a strategic initiatives lead at MUFG Union Bank, N.A, and as a management consultant at the global advisory firm Teneo.

Hadi earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  He earned his B.S. in Mathematics-Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
