David is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on commercial real estate
transactions, with particular emphasis on financing, purchase and sale, commercial
leasing, and joint venture matters.
Prior to joining Safarian Choi & Bolstad LLP, David worked at the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where he advised clients on a range of transactional matters, including project finance, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
David earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School magna cum laude in 2023 after receiving a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley.
